Jack concentrates in real estate development and land use matters. He is regularly involved in the approval, development, financing, construction and operation of major development projects throughout New Jersey for a variety of clients. Jack has obtained permits and approvals for numerous casino/hotel construction projects and has helped casinos accomplish multimillion-dollar expansions.

Jack has used his development and land use knowledge to maximize condemnation awards for property owners. He is currently involved in one of the largest taking cases in New Jersey and has litigated real estate development and environmental cases in the trial courts, appellate courts and the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Jack is currently on the litigation committee of the New Jersey Builders Organization and is co-chair of the Fox Rothschild Zoning and Land Use Group. Jack is chairman of the board of directors of the Atlantic City Regional Chamber of Commerce and also serves on the Atlantic County Bar Association Judicial Selection Committee.

Jack is a member of the Atlantic County, New Jersey State and American Bar Association. In 2005, Jack was recognized as a New Jersey “Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics magazine. Only 5 percent of the lawyers in each state or region are named Super Lawyers in any given year.

Jack received his J.D. from Temple University Law School and his B.A. in Economics from the  University of Virginia in 1972.
