Bob is a partner in Fox Rothschild's Litigation Department. Bob's practice involves all aspects of condemnation law, real estate litigation, title insurance matters, commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and the representation of attorneys and law firms. Bob is a member of the firm's Condemnation Group, the Professional Liability Defense Group, the Professional Responsibility Committee, the Accounts Receivable Committee and the Billing and Collections Committee.

He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Bob has presented seminars throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on the avoidance of legal malpractice and professional responsibility. For four years, Bob served as a board member for the Senior Law Center of Philadelphia

Bob received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1994 and immediately joined Fox Rothschild as an associate. Throughout law school, he was a member of the Graduate and Professional Students Assembly and served as its vice chair for student affairs. Bob was also a liaison to the University of Pennsylvania Trustees for two years. During his first summer of law school, Bob was a research assistant for Professor Lani Guinier.

Bob graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989 with Bachelors of Arts degrees in European History and Political Science.
