Greg's practice involves all aspects of commercial litigation in the areas of antitrust, contractual disputes and business torts, intellectual property, labor and employment, officer and director disputes, insurance issues, RICO, securities, trade secrets, property-related issues (including eminent domain) and other business matters. He also has handled civil rights actions. Greg serves as the Administrator of Litigation in the firm's Wilmington office.

Greg has received many accolades for his legal talents and leadership skills. In 2005, Greg was named a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer" representing the top 5 percent of all lawyers in the Commonwealth, as selected by his peers statewide in a joint project of Law & Politics Magazine and Philadelphia Magazine. In 2004, the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia, Inc. honored Greg with its "Distinguished Under 40" Award. In 2002, Greg was named a "Rising Star" by The Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly. In 2001, Greg was named one of the "Top Black Lawyers in the Tri-State Area" by The Network Journal. In 1999, Greg was included in the Philadelphia Business Journal's distinguished "40 Under 40." In 1998, Greg was selected as one of Ebony Magazine's "30 Leaders Under 30."

An active member of the legal community, Greg is a member of the Attorney Advisory Committee for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and co-chairs its Technology Committee. Greg also is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, and the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia, Inc. Greg is former president of the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia, Inc., where he had the distinction of serving as the youngest president in the history of the association. He has also served on the Philadelphia Bar Association's Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention, has been co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Brennan Award Committee, and vice-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Minority Attorney Committee. Greg is a delegate for Philadelphia in the Pennsylvania Bar Association's House of Delegates, and is a member of the Nomination and Awards Committees of the Delaware State Bar Association. Greg has authored several articles and has been published or quoted in numerous prominent publications, including the American Bar Association's Commercial Business Litigation Journal, The Legal Intelligencer, Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, and The Philadelphia Business Journal.

Greg graduated from Villanova University School of Law with a J.D. in 1995, and from Millersville University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics in 1990 after completing both bachelor degrees in three years.
