Our Team represented the Keystone Sanitary Landfill when a portion of its property was taken by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation initially offered about $200,000. Our Team obtained a settlement of $40,900,000 for the property owners. (click here).

Our Team represented Harrah’s Atlantic City when the New Jersey Department of Transportation condemned part of its property. The New Jersey Department of Transportation initially offered $13 million and our Team was able to obtain a settlement worth over $30 million which included $26 million in cash and the balance in billboard advertising space.
