Our Team obtained a settlement worth over $30 million for Harrah's Atlantic City following a Commissioners hearing and just before trial. The settlement included $26 million in cash and the balance in billboard advertising space. Our Team obtained a settlement of $1.7 million for a national automotive parts and service company in a case in which the initial offer was zero. Our client was a tenant of a property located in Houston, Texas that was partially condemned by the Texas Department of Transportation.

Parking Lot

Our Team obtained $545,000 for the owner of a property condemned by the City of Hazleton, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The City initially offered $200,000.

Undeveloped Land

Our Team obtained $161,000 for the owner of a property located in Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania. The initial offer by the condemnor was $12,550.
